This is not a traditional engineering role, it is a unique opportunity for senior engineers who want to shape how the next generation of AI understands, generates, and reasons about code.\nKey Responsibilities:\nContribute to the development and evaluation of AI training data for AI agents and LLMs.\nWrite prompts for AI training and evaluation.\nProduce reference-quality code solutions.\nEvaluate AI model outputs.\nProvide structured human signal to improve AI systems.\nEvaluate AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.\nWork with tasks including compiling code, running tests, managing environments, and completing multi-step software engineering workflows.\nWrite functional and integration tests.\nHelp ensure the quality of AI-generated software engineering outputs.\nCore Requirements:\n5+ years of professional software engineering experience in a backend, AppSec, or Security role.\nStrong proficiency in at least one core programming language, ideally Python (open to Rust, Go, and TypeScript as well).\nHands-on experience with Terminal-Bench, including evaluating AI agent performance on terminal-based tasks.\nComfortable working with Linux, Docker, and Git command line/terminal and common development workflows.\nExperience working with supply-chain, vulnerability triage, security credentials, and access control.\nStrong experience writing functional and integration tests.
