You’ll be working in partnership with a technology company focused on improving operations and user experience within the youth sports space, supporting the growth of a modern, high-performing platform.\nKey Responsibilities\n- Lead backend development initiatives using .NET and modern backend frameworks\n- Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and microservices using .NET\n- Contribute to architectural decisions and help evolve system design over time\n- Collaborate with engineers to improve code quality, development processes, and best practices\n- Evaluate the current technology stack and suggest improvements or modernization where needed\n- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration across systems\n- Support the growth of a distributed engineering team through collaboration and knowledge sharing\n- Help implement and maintain strong QA practices to ensure reliability and performance\n- Balance scalability, performance, and cost-effectiveness in backend systems\nCore Requirements\n - Strong experience with .NET backend development, including services, APIs, and microservices\n- Solid understanding of scalable system design and distributed architectures\n- Experience contributing to architecture and technical decision-making\n- Experience working in distributed teams\n- Strong understanding of engineering best practices and code quality\n- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams\n- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment\nNice-to-Have\n -
