Responsibilities Ensure manufacturing processes, machinery standards, and technical procedures are properly defined, documented, and maintained in accordance with operational requirements. Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) for assigned technologies and coordinate with global technical teams to support knowledge sharing and technical development. Ensure compliance with applicable environmental, health, safety, sustainability, and quality standards, policies, and regulations. Promote a proactive safety culture by supporting preventive measures, risk reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide technical expertise to production and support teams on product quality, manufacturing processes, and production systems. Develop, review, and maintain technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, risk assessments, process control points, and standard operating procedures. Investigate process deviations, quality non-conformities, and recurring operational issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
