do?\n\n- Work with product owners, managers and customers to explore requirements, and translate use-cases into functional specifications and solution.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and architects to design, develop, test, and deploy Cloud Native Platform using Java.\n\n- Build scalable, reliable, clean code and unit tests for Java based Platform.\n\n- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization by performing code reviews, refactoring and unit testing.\n\n- Develop integration with third-party APIs, and external applications to deliver robust and scalable applications.\n\n- Contribute to architectural and design discussions and document design decisions.\n\n- Effectively participate and contribute to planning meetings, retrospectives, daily stand ups, and other meetings part of the software development process.\n\n- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.\n\n- Resolve production issues, participate in production incident analysis by conducting effective troubleshooting and R within SLA.\n\n- Work with Operations teams on product deployment and issues resolution and support.\n\n- Mentor junior developers and assist in their professional growth.\n\n- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.\n\nWhat will you bring in?\n\n- 8 - 12 years of experience with proficiency in Java language.\n\n- BE/MTech in computer science or related fields.\n\n- Experience in building Web Based Platform/Product.\n\n- Nice to have experience working with Startups and building product/platform from scratch.\n\n- Good working experience in Java8 (or later version), Springboot, Microservices.\n\n- Good understanding of OOPs and design patterns - SOLID, Integration, REST, Micro-services and cloud-native designs.\n\n- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind building and scaling distributed applications.\n\n- Knack for writing clean, readable, reusable and testable Java code.\n\n- Strong knowledge of data structures and collections in Java.\n\n- Experience in designing relational DB schema, PL/SQL queries performance tuning.\n\n- Experience in working in Agile environment following scrum/SAFE methodologies.\n\n- Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, containers and automation frameworks.\n\n- Experience in developing and deploying on at least one cloud
