(Presales/Postsales callsfor clients).\nProduct demo/docs walkthrough.\nHandling partner tech queries on email, live chat and calls.\nHandling/debugging merchants' integration issues. (All Kaleidofin products including SFTP set-up, APIs, SDKs, etc. )\nOwning the support documentation initiative and ensure thatintegration documentation is up to date.\nConducting in-depth analysis for every issue before reaching out to any cross- functional teams for further support.\n\nRequirements: \n1+ years of experience handling clients for different API integrations from reputed fintech companies.\nFinTech experience is a must.\nTo explain complex information in simple, clear terms to non-IT personnel.\nAdditional skills required: Ability to deal with complex issues.\nLogical thinker - Good analytical and problem-solving skills.\nUp-to-date technical knowledge.\nAn in- depth understanding of the product and process.\nGood interpersonal and customer care skills.\nAccurate record-keeping.\nExcellent communication skills.\nProficiency in English (both written and verbal)\nExperience in web development in one or more of the following: Java, JavaScript, C, C++, C#, VB.
