Our EV charging network is one of the largest in the world for private fleets. We value attention to detail, thorough documentation, and efficient test automation, working closely with vendors to maintain high standards across our charging network.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nIntegration and Testing:\n5+ years of experience in electrical systems development, integration, and testing.\nHands-on experience installing hardware like EV chargers, instrumentation, fuses - This includes wiring, commissioning, bolting\nProficiency in requirements management from elicitation to verification in EV chargers, power\nsupplies, inverters and DC-DC converters.\nAbility to interpret mechanical and electrical engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.\nExperience in maintaining and troubleshooting electrical distribution systems, including developing testing procedures for DC and AC power distribution equipment.\nLab Space Maintenance:\nKeep the lab organized, clean, and configured for safe, efficient testing (workstation layout, cable management, storage).\nEnforce lab safety protocols, including electrical and high-voltage safety practices; ensure PPE, signage, and emergency equipment are present and current.\nCoordinate facility’s needs (power, HVAC, bench space) and support lab buildout or\nreconfiguration projects.\nMaintain compliance with relevant safety, environmental, and company standards.\nManage subcontractor relationships and lead.\nTest methodology:\n5+ years of experience in developing test plan, execute the tests and generate report based on the test cases provided by engineering team and leadership.\n2+ years of experience/proficiency with oscilloscopes, power analyzers, and data logging instruments.\nDeveloping/executing/documenting market-based and customer-specific System Integration Tests.\nProgramming and Data Analysis:\nFamiliarity with Python and/or MATLAB for data parsing and visualization. Experience with scripting and programming tools to assist in analysis and automation of data collection.\nMicrosoft Office Suite:\nProficiency in MS Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.\nKey someone who will:\n· Willingness to travel 10% of the time to sites for executing tests and collect data.\n· Execute thorough validation of third-party charging systems\n· Maintain detailed testing records\n· Automate repetitive test processes\n· Identify potential safety or reliability issues\n· Support field deployments and issue resolution\n· Work effectively with external
