In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize FPGA-based systems and IP cores that enable high-performance signal processing and system integration.\nThe ideal candidate has a strong background in FPGA development, digital signal processing, and embedded systems. You thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and are passionate about building robust, scalable hardware solutions that power intelligent automation.\nNote: This role is based in a hands-on lab environment rather than a traditional quiet office setting. Candidates should be comfortable working in a space with moderate background noise and active equipment in use.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign and develop FPGA configurations and IP cores for high-performance camera and vision systems. \nImplement signal processing algorithms using Verilog and other HDL tools. \nUse simulation and verification frameworks to ensure mathematically correct logic before hardware deployment. \nCollaborate with software and embedded systems engineers to integrate FPGA designs into larger systems. \nDevelop embedded software-based testing solutions to validate FPGA functionality. \nOptimize FPGA designs for timing, resource utilization, and throughput. \nIdentify and resolve system bottlenecks and performance issues. \nEnsure seamless integration of internally developed and third-party IP cores. \nContribute to system-level architecture and design discussions. \nTroubleshoot and debug FPGA designs using industry-standard tools and lab equipment.\nBasic Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field. \nProfessional experience in FPGA development: RTL design, verification, timing analysis, lab bring-up, and validation. \nProficiency in Verilog and digital design principles. \nStrong understanding of DSP fundamentals and their implementation on FPGAs. \nFamiliarity with computing and processor architectures. \nExperience with simulation and verification tools. \nExcellent problem-solving and debugging skills. \nStrong communication and technical documentation abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nMaster’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering. \nExperience with high-speed interfaces such as GSML, MIPI, I2C, and SPI. \nBackground in camera systems or vision-based robotics. \nFamiliarity with embedded systems and software-hardware co-design. \nExperience with system-level integration and architecture planning. \nProficiency with FPGA development
