DevOps and SRE practices across the organization.\nKey Responsibilities\nTechnical Leadership & Ownership\nAct as a hands-on technical resource, setting the bar for DevOps engineering excellence\nMentor and guide DevOps engineers through design reviews, automation standards, and operationalbest practices\nDefine and enforce DevOps standards, patterns, and tooling across teams\nPartner with application, QA, and architecture teams to align DevOps strategy with business anddelivery goals\nAWS Infrastructure & Automation\nDesign, implement, and operate scalable, secure, and resilient AWS infrastructure\nOwn Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation\nBuild and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI, or AWS-nativeservices\nAutomate environment provisioning, deployments, and operational workflows\nContainers & Platform Engineering\nDesign and support containerized workloads using Docker and Kubernetes (EKS)\nEnable best practices for microservices deployment, scaling, and resilience on AWS\nSupport platform capabilities such as blue/green and canary deployments\nMonitoring, Reliability & Operations\nImplement proactive monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using tools like Prometheus, Grafana,Datadog, and CloudWatch\nOwn logging and observability solutions (oTel, Splunk etc.)\nLead root cause analysis, incident response, and continuous reliability improvements\nParticipate in and help mature on-call and operational support processes\nSecurity, Compliance & Cost Optimization\nEnforce AWS security best practices, including IAM design, secrets management, and vulnerabilityscanning\nWell experienced with all kind of scanning SCA, DAST, SAST and WIZ.IO\nDrive AWS cost optimization through right-sizing, automation, and cost-management tooling\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Engineering with strong hands-on delivery\nProven experience leading or acting as a technical lead for DevOps or SRE teams\nDeep expertise with AWS services and cloud architecture patterns\nStrong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)\nExtensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes (EKS preferred)\nSolid background building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and Git-based workflows\nStrong scripting and automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar languages\nExcellent communication skills with the ability to influence across engineering teams\nPreferred Qualifications\nAWS certifications (DevOps Engineer, Solutions Architect, or equivalent)\nExperience with GitOps tools such as Argo CD, Gitlab\nFamiliarity with micro-services and advanced Kubernetes networking\nExperience operating production systems at scale with a focus on reliability and cost
