This role will focus on Building Management Systems (BMS), smart building technologies, IoT integrations, system configuration, data onboarding, and troubleshooting activities across multiple sites. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience configuring smart building platforms, integrating building systems and data sources, supporting onsite deployments, and working with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.\nKey Responsibilities\nPerform Kode OS site-specific configuration and deployment activities\nSupport Smart Spaces and IoT platform implementations across multiple facilities\nProvide onsite and remote support for Nook installations and related technologies\nConfigure and onboard data sources, including source mapping and historical data backfill activities \nEnable and support energy module integrations and related building system connection\nTroubleshoot system issues and provide Tier-2 technical support\nDesign and implement workarounds for landlord-owned Building Management System (BMS) limitations and integration challenges\nCoordinate with facility teams, landlords, vendors, and project stakeholders\nTravel to project locations as required for installation, testing, validation, and troubleshooting activities\nSupport commissioning, validation, and ongoing optimization of Smart Spaces solutions\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Building Automation, or related technical field\n5+ years of experience working with Building Management Systems (BMS), Smart Buildings, Smart Spaces, IoT, or Building Automation technologies\nExperience configuring and deploying enterprise software platforms\nStrong understanding of data integration, system onboarding, and configuration management\nExperience troubleshooting technical issues in production environments\nAbility to analyze requirements and translate them into system configurations\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills\nWillingness to travel as needed\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Kode OS platform configuration\nExperience supporting Nook deployments and installations \nKnowledge of smart building ecosystems, sensors, IoT devices, and energy management systems\nFamiliarity with HVAC, BAS/BMS systems, facility operations, and building infrastructure\nExperience integrating multiple building data sources and operational technologies\nPrior pharmaceutical, life sciences, healthcare, or enterprise campus
