By consolidating supply chain execution software assets across major nodes and modes, we address the dark spots and data gaps that cause friction and inefficiency in the global supply chain.\nThe Role\nProject Managers lead projects to onboard new customers and extend the benefits of existing customers. Our mission is to ensure that our customers get the most out of our solutions, not just as part of the onboarding process, but throughout the customer lifecycle. Our Project Managers play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers’ success.\nThe Project Manager is part of the Customer Operations team at Kaleris and is responsible for all aspects of projects. In this role you will work closely with other members of the Kaleris team, including sales, support, and operations to provide cross-functional leadership. This position is a highly visible one and requires a high-energy, positive individual who thrives on providing service excellence to every customer. The ideal candidate is a self-starter and driven to success.\nDay to Day Responsibilities:\nThe Project Manager is primarily responsible for overseeing the implementation of Kaleris Inland Solutions with customers. The role entails onboarding customers, as well as managing upgrades, expansions, and optimization initiatives.\nDetermine and define project scope and objectives.\nPredict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.\nPrepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.\nDevelop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.\nTrack project costs against budget.\nProvide project status updates to internal and external stakeholders.\nCoordinate project resource assignment and task execution.\nCoordinate the successful implementation of Inland Solutions through training, onsite support and other means as required.\nUtilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout the entire project lifecycle.\nMeasure project performance to identify success along with areas for improvement.\nIn addition to the primary Project Manager responsibilities, this role may provide Customer Success support to assigned existing customers. In partnership with Sales, Support, and other Kaleris teams, this support helps maintain customer relationships, coordinate follow-through on customer needs, and promote ongoing value from Kaleris Inland Solutions.\nEngage with assigned existing customers through regular check-ins and, as appropriate, quarterly business reviews; keep customer contact information current.\nBuild a working understanding of customers’ software environments, goals, and use of Inland Solutions to help identify needs and opportunities for improvement.\nCoordinate with Support and relevant internal stakeholders to document action plans for open customer issues, track progress, and communicate next steps.\nLiaise with Sales, Product Management, Services, Finance, and Operations as needed to share customer feedback and coordinate responses.\nSurface opportunities to help customers realize additional value through training, consulting, optimization, or expanded use of Kaleris solutions.\nQualifications\nBS or MS degree.\nAt least 7 years relevant work experience, with a minimum of 3 years managing projects in the range of 400 to 2,000 hours of effort.\nStrong project management, risk management, consulting, and process improvement skills.\nProven ability to execute a project change control process.\nStrong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.\nProven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and schedule.\nQuickly build rapport and establish effective business relationships.\nAvailability to work flexible hours and adapt to a global company's needs.\nWillingness to travel 50% of the time.\nOptional\nExperience implementing software, especially Supply Chain or ERP solutions.\nSupply Chain domain knowledge and/or operations experience.\nSpanish and/or French proficiency.\nKalerisis an equal opportunity employer.
