DevOps is a development-oriented approach, and you will implement andmaintaina DevOps platform that supports developmentteamsfor our products. We are passionate about automating routines, infrastructure, and the whole software development lifecycle. Day-to-day,you will engage directly with internal customers, like Software Engineers, QA Engineers, andnumerousother teams,to betteroptimizetheir workflows through automation and well-designed systems. You will be involved in migrating applications to containers, deploying them in public clouds (AWS, Azure),deployingand promoting new services for internal clients, and automating every single part of those applications. Observability and security are also priorities.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign and manage cloud infrastructure (AWS,Azure) using infrastructure as code (Terraform,OpenTofu).\n\nBuild andmaintainCI pipelines for automated builds andtests.\n\nDevelop and improvedeployment pipelines,whichincludeQA/Devenvironmentsand support the same for different product units acrossKaleris.\n\nDrive platform modernization, self-service capabilities, and automate processes usingGitOpsapproaches and scripting.\n\nLead containerization and orchestrationinitiatives usingDockerandKubernetes.\n\nCollaborate with Infrastructure, Development,and Quality Engineering teams to improve products andthedelivery process.\n\nMentorJunior DevOps Engineers and promoteDevOpsbest practices across teams.\n\nMaintainoperationalrunbooks,documentationand disaster recovery plans.\n\nDrive observability initiatives using logging,metricsand tracing tools(e.g.,SumoLogic).\n\nLeverage Kaleris managed security tools(e.g.,Wiz&Vanta toenforcesecurity best practices across internal and productionenvironments.\n\nRequirements:\n6+ years of professional experience, 3+ years of experience in DevOps,SoftwareEngineering, or similarroles.\n\nStrong hands-on experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS,Azure).\n\nDemonstrated experience in architecting, managing, and operating complex applications deployed in AWS or Azure.\n\nExperience inIaCTools (Terraform,OpenTofu,Packer,Ansible).\n\nExtensive knowledge in creating and managingCI/CD/GitOpsPipelines(GitHub Actions,TeamCity,Jenkins,ArgoCD,Spacelift, etc.).\n\nSkilled in Linux and Windows server maintenance andproficient in scripting&automation (Python,PowerShell,Bash).\n\nStrong experience with container tooling and orchestration (Docker and Kubernetes).\n\nProven experience managing production Kubernetes environments.\n\nFamiliarity with cloud security guidelines and best practices on public clouds.\n\nKnowledge ofmonitoring/observabilitytools (SumoLogic,OpenTelemetry, Grafana, ELK).\n\nExcellent problem-solving skills with the ability toanalyzeandsupportdistributed systems on a global scale\n\nSoft Skills:\nStrong communicationand stakeholder managementskills.\n\nAdaptable and curious about AI-assisted tooling - actively uses tools like GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude to work more effectively and stays current as the ecosystem evolves.\n\nOwnership mindset.\n\nAbility toremain calm and effective during incidents and high-pressure situations.\n\nKalerisis an equal opportunity employer.
