You'll cover the full stack:\nUX mapping flows, fixing friction points, creating clarity in complex journeys\n\nUI hands-on in Figma, setting strong visual direction, keeping consistency across screens\n\nSystems thinking building design frameworks that scale across products\n\nDelivery working side-by-side with product managers, engineers, and marketers to make sure what ships is what you designed\n\nYou wont just be pushing pixels. You'll be in customer interviews, in data dashboards, in design reviews, and in production releases.\nWhat you'll do\nOwn design for end-to-end journeys (e.g., wallet loan, mobile load, shopping integration)\n\nTranslate customer and business needs into simple, elegant solutions\n\nCreate wireframes, prototypes, and final UI in Figma and ensure they get built right\n\nPartner with product, UX research, and lifecycle to align design with real customer behavior\n\nMaintain and evolve our design system for speed and consistency\n\nBalance speed with craft knowing when to ship scrappy and when to polish\n\nWhat were looking for\n5+ years in product design, ideally at consumer tech, fintech, or e-commerce companies\n\nStrong portfolio showing end-to-end ownership (flows, UX decisions, UI craft)\n\nComfort jumping between high-level strategy and detailed design work\n\nSkilled in Figma (components, auto-layout, prototyping)\n\nBasic knowledge of usability testing and data-driven iteration\n\nGreat communicator - clear, straightforward, no fluff\n\nHungry to learn, humble to feedback, biased to action\n\nNice to have\nExperience in top fintech organizations, preferably on emerging markets\n\nMotion/interaction design skills (for smoother app experience)\n\nUnderstanding of front-end implementation (so you can speak engineer)\n\nWhy Billease\nImpact: your work will shape the daily financial lives of millions\n\nSpeed: we move fast, test, and iterate no endless approvals\n\nTeam: small, sharp, and direct.
