Duties Testing of on process and finished product in every stage of the process and recommend improvement Check the quality of raw material used in receiving and formulation room and recommend improvement for senior laboratory analyst Check the storage of received raw material and packaging materials and recommend improvement also record on log book Check whether the ingredients weighed as per the recipe Check the mixing procedure and mixing time when dough mixed Check and record the status of returned dough and scrap used in mixing if any Check the thickness and weight of dough accordingly based on the product type recommend improvement and record the result at that time Check the biscuit weight, color, thickness and baking quality is as per the standard, recommend improvement, if defect found hold for decision. Check the packing quality, expire date printing, mandatory labeling clearness and sealing quality, quantity in packing and record the result, recommend improvement Check application of adhesive tape on the secondary packaging, number of packet
