We hope you'll consider joining our team of experienced professionals who are building their careers at Kalles Group-and having fun while doing it.\nWHAT YOU WILL DO: \nAs the Project Manager Consultant for a cybersecurity controls prioritization program for our client (a large global philanthropic organization), you’ll be the program’s prioritization engine and traffic controller. You’ll lead risk-based prioritization and sequencing of cybersecurity controls, working across security, IT, engineering, and business teams to keep work aligned and moving. You’ll own the integrated roadmap, schedule, RAID log, and resource plan, and you’ll run the governance and risk-acceptance forums that keep decisions on track. You’ll report KPIs on control implementation, adoption, frontline testing, and remediation. You’ll also turn complex controls and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable decisions for executive leadership.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: \nOwn WS2 control prioritization - apply risk-based criteria to rank, sequence and re-baseline controls as risk, capacity and priorities change.\nAct as central coordination point - intake, dependencies, conflicts and handoffs, with repeatable, operationalized workflows.\nBuild and maintain the integrated roadmap, schedule, RAID log and resource view.\nSupport executive/steering committee communication - status, risk escalations, trade-off options, decision requests.\nPartner with cross-functional teams to gather insights and clarify processes.\nDefine and report KPIs/dashboards: control implementation, adoption, frontline testing results, remediation tracking.\nDrive remediation to closure; escalate blockers and hold teams accountable.\nPartner with the BSA and Change Manager so requirements, validation and adoption are planned alongside delivery.\nFacilitate governance forums, risk acceptance discussions and cross-team decisions.\nABOUT YOU:\nYour values:\nIntegrity: You believe in doing the right thing, even when it's uncomfortable, seemingly inefficient, or costly.\nPurposefulness: You have a desire to serve others with your skillset and an openness to continuous learning and growth.\nOwnership: You stick to your commitments, follow up with action, and seek clarity in communication & expectations.\n\nYOUR EXPERIENCE:\nRequired Qualifications\n8+ years program/project management, including leading cybersecurity transformation and organizational change in large organizations.\nExperience with enterprise identity modernization, AI governance, risk management and secure technology adoption.\nProven ability to prioritize security risks, manage cross-functional dependencies and align business and security teams.\nStrong stakeholder engagement, executive communication and change governance skills.\nWorking knowledge of AI governance and compliance frameworks.\nMeasuring adoption and progress through dashboards, KPIs, frontline testing and remediation tracking.\nPreferred Qualifications\nTrack record of program success at other large organizations; non-profit, philanthropic or global-health-adjacent experience; risk quantification/scoring methods; Agile, hybrid and portfolio management approaches.\nWHAT WE OFFER:\nThe annual salary range for this role is $175,000-$195,000. \nWe offer Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401K with matching, and PTO for salaried employees.\nWork/life balance - we know there’s more to life than work!
