practices.\n\n- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, scalability requirements, and long-term technology strategy.\n\nCloud & Platform Modernization : \n\n- Lead cloud-native application development and migration initiatives across AWS, Azure, or GCP.\n\n- Design microservices, distributed systems, and API-driven architectures.\n\n- Drive platform modernization by adopting containerization, orchestration, and cloud-native services.\n\n- Ensure high availability, resilience, and operational excellence.\n\nTechnology Evaluation & Innovation : \n\n- Evaluate, recommend, and implement emerging technologies, frameworks, and engineering tools.\n\n- Conduct architecture reviews, proof of concepts (POCs), and technology assessments.\n\n- Define technology standards and engineering governance across development teams.\n\n- Promote innovation through modern architecture and engineering practices.\n\nEngineering & DevOps Collaboration : \n\n- Work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, AI/ML, QA, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.\n\n- Guide development teams on architecture implementation, coding standards, and performance optimization.\n\n- Drive CI/CD adoption, automation, infrastructure as code, and cloud deployment strategies.\n\n- Support troubleshooting, scalability improvements, and production readiness.\n\nPerformance, Security & Reliability : \n\n- Design systems for scalability, fault tolerance, security, and maintainability.\n\n- Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, and distributed architecture principles.\n\n- Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and governance frameworks.\n\n- Define monitoring, logging, and observability strategies for production systems.\n\nLeadership & Mentoring : \n\n- Mentor engineering teams on architecture best practices and technical decision-making.\n\n- Lead architecture governance, design reviews, and technical discussions.\n\n- Collaborate with executive stakeholders to define technology roadmaps.\n\n- Foster a culture of engineering excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.\n\nMandatory Skills : \n\n- 7-12 years of experience in Software Engineering with significant experience as a Technical Architect, Solution Architect, or Lead Architect.\n\n- Strong expertise in cloud-native architecture, distributed systems, and microservices architecture.\n\n- Experience with backend technologies such as Java, Spring Boot, Python, REST APIs, and GraphQL.\n\n- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\n\n- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.\n\n- Experience evaluating and recommending technologies, frameworks, and architecture patterns.\n\n- Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, and platform modernization.\n\n- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and mentoring skills.\n\nNice to Have : \n\n- Experience designing AI/ML platforms or integrating Generative AI solutions into enterprise applications.\n\n- Expertise in Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, or event-driven architectures.\n\n- Experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud automation.\n\n- Cloud certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, or Google Professional Cloud Architect.\n\n- TOGAF, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), or similar architecture certifications.\n\n- Experience leading enterprise digital transformation or large-scale
