8:00 PM, Monday - Friday\nKey Responsibilities:\nRun a bank of resin and FDM 3D printers, staging jobs, starting prints, and harvesting finished parts to keep machines producing through the shift.\nPost-process printed parts: support removal, washing, curing, cleanup, and finishing to established standards.\nPerform first-pass inspection on every part, catching print defects (layer shift, warping, incomplete cure, poor bed adhesion) before they reach Quality Control.\nDiagnose issues on the floor and implement practical fixes.\nContribute ideas to reduce cycle time and improve quality.\nCollaborate with R&D on prototypes and pilot builds.\nRequired skills:\nStrong mechanical aptitude - you pick up new tools and processes quickly\nProblem-solver who thinks on their feet\nBackground in manufacturing, fabrication, machining, or a maker/technical environment is a plus\nBackground in 3D-modeling or CAM is a plus\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\nReports To: Production Manager\nWork Environment\nAir-Conditioned Environment\nCasual\nFast paced\nInteresting, with lots of variety\nArea of work -
