We are looking for ambitious and exceptional people to join our (relatively small) team to help us build the next generation of financial markets.\nAbout the Role\nKalshi is looking for a Growth Product Manager to own and scale some of the most important growth levers across our platform. This person will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, and retention through our Referrals and Incentives programs across both Predictions and Perps.\nGrowth is a critical area of investment at Kalshi, spanning incentives, referrals, notifications, email marketing, conversion optimization, engagement, and the expansion of these capabilities across new products. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated Growth PM who can help us move faster, execute at a higher level, and unlock meaningful user growth.\nRole Roadmap\nOwn the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for Referrals and Incentives across Predictions and Perps.\n\nIdentify opportunities to improve acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and user growth.\n\nDesign, launch, and optimize growth experiments that drive measurable business impact.\n\nPartner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.\n\nAnalyze user behavior and growth funnel performance to identify areas for improvement.\n\nBuild and iterate on referral programs, incentive structures, and engagement mechanisms that increase user participation and lifetime value.\n\nWhat you bring\n4-6 years of Product Management experience.\n\n2-4 years of dedicated Growth Product Management experience.\n\nDemonstrated success driving meaningful growth outcomes at a high-growth technology company.\n\nStrong analytical skills and experience using data to make product decisions.\n\nExperience running experiments, analyzing results, and iterating quickly.\n\nExcellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.\n\nAbility to operate independently and thrive in a fast-moving environment.\n\nOur Culture\nMeritocracy is at our core, and we value people who take ownership and figure (usually hard) things out.
