Hierarchies.\nTechnical & System Configuration\nConfigure and manage payroll elements costing retro pay and balances.\nDevelop write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas.\nPerform system customization including defining new SSHR functions costing levels and organizational hierarchies.\nPerformance & Learning Management\nConfigure Performance Management Plans (PMPs) templates eligibility profiles objectives appraisals competencies and rating scales.\nManage Learning Management (OLM) components including courses offerings classes and bulk enrollments.\nRequired Skills & QualificationsProven experience working as an ERP Developer preferably with HR and payroll modules.\nHands-on experience with payroll configuration and Fast Formulas.\nStrong knowledge of HR organizational structures and ERP system customization.\nExperience with Performance Management and Oracle Learning Management (OLM) is preferred.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nGood communication and
