The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in system configuration payroll setup ERP customization and a strong understanding of HR business processes. Key ResponsibilitiesFoundational Knowledge Strong understanding of core HR business processes including Payroll Benefits and Absence Management. Knowledge of organizational work structures such as Jobs Positions Grades and Hierarchies. Technical & System Configuration Configure and manage payroll elements costing retro pay and balances. Develop write and troubleshoot Fast Formulas. Perform system customization including defining new SSHR functions costing levels and organizational hierarchies. Performance & Learning Management Configure Performance Management Plans (PMPs) templates eligibility profiles objectives appraisals competencies and rating scales.
