KALTEQ maintains strong partnerships with private and public hospitals across Greece, built on exclusive representations of top international brands and consistently high-quality service.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFinancial Reporting and Analysis\n\nMonth-End Close: Own the financial closing process and reconcile management reporting with local accounting.\n\nReporting Packages: Prepare the monthly management reporting schedules under Accounting Policies and review characterization of OPEX and key allocations.\n\nVariance Tracking: Perform deep-dive variance analysis comparing actuals against budgets and forecasts on Revenue, OPEX and CAPEX.\n\nRebate Control: Monitor and control provisions for commercial rebates, costs, and revenue allocations per Business Unit.\n\nBudgeting and Commercial Planning\n\nBudgeting: Own the Annual budget per Business Unit and Group on Revenue and OPEX/CAPEX.\n\nForecasting: Own the rolling forecast for Revenue and OPEX per company and Business Unit.\n\nBusiness Partnering: Support sales and commercial teams with margin, profitability, and cost-allocation insights.\n\nProcess Automation: Identify process gaps to optimize financial workflows and drive software automation\n\nFinance Transformation: Support company’s digital transformation and assist external advisors to the implementation of any initiative.\n\nRequirements and Qualifications\n\nEducation and Licensing\n\nDegree: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.\n\nPostgraduate: Master's degree or MBA is highly desirable.\n\nCertifications: Professional qualifications such as ACCA, ACA, or CMA are a major plus.\n\nSkills and Experience\n\nExperience: Minimum 2–5 years of experience in financial controlling/reporting or FP&A roles with core responsibilities\n\nIndustry Match: Previous background in medical equipment, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare is heavily valued.\n\nTechnical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot tables, Power Pivot, VBAs’) and experienced handling of ERP systems.
