You will partner closely with HRBPs, managers, and global teams to identify critical skill gaps, design impactful learning experiences, and embed on a culture of continuous development.\nThis is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative HR team and influence how learning is experienced, adopted, and measured across a global organization.\nReports to: Senior Director of OD and HRBP\nThe day-to-day:\nPartner with HRBPs and managers to diagnose skill gaps and translate business needs into targeted learning solutions \nDesign and deliver engaging learning programs (workshops, blended learning, and digital content) that drive participation and behavior change \nFacilitate training sessions and team development activities for diverse, global audiences \nLead L&D initiatives end-to-end, including planning, communication, stakeholder alignment, and execution \nMaintain and optimize digital learning platforms and content to improve accessibility and user experience \nTrack learning effectiveness, engagement, and impact;
