Kaluza Overview

Kaluza is the Energy Intelligence Platform, turning energy complexity into seamless coordination. We help energy companies overcome today’s challenges while accelerating the shift to a clean, electrified future.

Our platform orchestrates millions of real-time decisions across homes, devices, markets and grids. By combining predictive algorithms with human-centred design, Kaluza makes clean energy dependable, affordable and adaptive to everyday life.

With teams across Europe, North America, Asia and Australia, and a joint venture with Mitsubishi Corporation in Japan, we power leading companies including OVO, AGL and ENGIE, as well as innovators like Volvo and Volkswagen.

What will I be doing?

  • Own and execute Kaluza's multi-channel communications strategy, crafting narrative frameworks that elevate our brand presence across global B2B markets.
  • Lead PR agency relationships and press campaigns end-to-end to secure high-impact media coverage in tech, energy, and mainstream business press.
  • Translate complex energy infrastructure concepts-such as grid balancing, V2G, and dynamic tariffs-into clear, compelling storytelling for whitepapers, blogs, and press statements.
  • Partner with C-suite and product leaders to curate thought-leadership content, executive keynotes, and media interview prep.
  • Establish clear metrics and dashboards to evaluate campaign reach, sentiment, and ROI across targeted regions.
  • Guide, review, and upskill junior content creators to ensure consistency in brand voice, narrative quality, and channel optimization.
  • Hold accountability for the company's videography and podcast output, ensuring high-quality content across both external and internal channels.

About You

Ideally you'll have/be:

  • Proven expertise in corporate PR, B2B content marketing, or communications management within tech, energy, or complex SaaS environments.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a proven track record of translating complex systems into engaging narratives.
  • Strong network of tier-one technology and energy trade media contacts alongside experience directing external PR agencies.
  • Senior individual contributor experience, comfortable managing cross-functional initiatives independently from strategy through execution.
  • A data-informed approach, leveraging performance metrics to continuously refine content strategy and media outreach.

What will set you apart:

  • Direct experience in the clean energy, EV charging, or utility software sectors.
  • Experience delivering international PR initiatives across European, US, or APAC regions.
  • Expertise in crisis management communications and executive speechwriting.
