Being comfortable working flexibly for a portion of your working week to cover time zones could be required. \nWhat will I be doing?\nAs Senior Client Delivery Manager, you'll own the end-to-end client relationship - spanning new implementations and migrations through to steady-state support and continuous improvement. You'll be a part of leading and coaching your delivery team, setting the standard for how Kaluza shows up for its clients and creating the conditions for your team to do their best work.\nYour main responsibilities will be:\nLead the delivery of complex, multi-workstream client programmes, owning governance design, ways of working, and accountability for outcomes from kick-off through to go-live and beyond\nCoach and develop your team of delivery contributors, providing the context, frameworks, and hands-on support they need to grow and succeed on the programme\nBuild and maintain trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders - including C-level - acting as a credible, strategic voice for Kaluza at every stage of the engagement\nOwn the management of risks, dependencies, and blockers across your portfolio, escalating and resolving with pace\nBalance client flexibility against platform efficiency, holding the line on Kaluza's roadmap where it matters and advocating for the platform strategy over bespoke one-off builds\nPartner closely with Product and Engineering teams to shape solutions that make the best use of existing capability - and push for new capability when it's genuinely needed\nProactively identify opportunities to improve client outcomes and Kaluza's own ways of working, not just respond to what clients ask for\nCommunicate progress, risk, and decisions in a way that lands clearly at team level and at leadership level\nAbout You\nIdeally you'll have/be:\nExtensive programme and delivery management experience - you've personally led complex, multi-stakeholder technology or software implementations, ideally in a SaaS or enterprise context, and you know what good looks like at every stage\nA track record of leading and coaching delivery professionals, giving your team the context, challenge, and support to grow and deliver\nComfortable operating across the full stakeholder range - from developers and architects through to C-suite - and adapting how you communicate for each audience\nStrong commercial and strategic thinking - you understand the business context behind a client's requests and can propose delivery approaches that meet their needs without compromising platform strategy\nA genuine bias to action: you recognise what matters, move on it, and communicate progress without needing to be asked\nConfident influencing and challenging - at Kaluza and with clients - when you can see a better path to the same outcome\nTechnically curious enough to engage credibly with platform detail (data, APIs, configuration), verify what Kaluza can and can't do, and find those answers yourself where possible\nResilient and adaptive - comfortable holding momentum through long, complex transformations and adjusting ways of working as an engagement evolves, always favouring earliest delivery of value over a perfect plan\nHighly organised with sharp critical thinking: able to rapidly make sense of complexity, manage competing priorities across a portfolio, and keep multiple workstreams moving at once\nWhat will set you apart\nExperience in the energy or utilities sector - billing, demand management, or smart technology - isn't a must, but is a real plus\nPrior consulting or professional services experience, particularly across technology transformation programmes\nHands-on familiarity with agile delivery tools and practices - Jira, Confluence, and the like\nKaluza Values\nHere at Kaluza we have five core values that guide us as a business: Play to win, Solve the real problem, Build trust every day, Own the outcome, Go further together\nFrom us you'll get\nCurrently, from day one, you will get:\nProgressive leave policies - including leave dedicated to the moments that matter to you the most\nAnnual discretionary bonus\nDedicated personal learning and home office budgets\nFlexible working - 3 days in our CBD Melbourne (WeWork) office\n26 days holiday\nNovated Leasing\nPurchase Leave\nWe want the best people\nWe’re keen to meet people from all walks of life - our view is that the more inclusive we are, the better our work will be.
