Обязанности:
  • работа с заявками и инцидентами в системе Service Desk;
  • сборка ПК из комплектующих и подготовка их к работе;
  • установка, конфигурация, оптимизация операционных систем и прикладных программ;
  • осуществлять управление пользователями и группами Active Directory на почтовом сервере;
  • осуществлять техническое обслуживание компьютеров, оргтехники, профилактический и текущий ремонт, замену расходников, мелкий ремонт;
  • выявление и решение проблем, связанных со снижением производительности ОС.
Требования:
  • высшее профессиональное образование по специальности "Информационные системы и технологии"
  • практический опыт установки, настройки, администрирования Linux и Windows систем, знание и понимание основных компонентов компьютера, диагностика, модернизация;
  • знания и опыт работы с Windows 7/10/11 - развёртывание, поддержка, диагностика. Знание сетевых технологий и протоколов, стека ТСР/IP;
  • понимание принципов работы доменной инфраструктуры на основе продуктов семейства ОС Windows (AD, DNS, DHCP).
Условия:
  • график работы: 5х2 с 7.45 до 16.45, обед с 12.00 до 13.00;
