You will gain hands-on experience with technologies and platforms such as Power BI, ServiceNow and Claude AI while helping shape a newly established area with plenty of room for learning and development. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to influence your focus areas throughout the internship based on your interests and development goals.\n\nMeet your future team\n\nWith direct reference to Head of Service Development - Heat/Cooling Customer Services, you will become part of a newly established team in Customer Services focused on service development, business processes, and data analysis. Together our mission is to enable Customer Services to continuously improve how we deliver, support, and develop services. Collaboration is at the heart of how we work, and you can expect close interaction with colleagues from Customer Services as well as Product Management, Sales, Software Development and Digitalization. You are motivated by solving real business challenges and eager to explore how data and AI can create value in practice.\n\nIn order to succeed, we imagine that you:\n\nHold a degree in Data Science, Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related field\n\nHave strong analytical skills and is comfortable working with quantitative data\n\nHave an interest in working with AI and tools such as Power BI or similar visualization tools\n\nAs we are an international organization, it is important that you are fluent in English. Danish is considered an advantage, but not a requirement.\n\nWhilst you may not meet all the qualifications listed above, this is an internship position, and we value curiosity and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
