In this role, you will define product vision and strategy, shape market positioning, drive product development priorities, and support successful product launches in close collaboration with sales, digital business, R&D, engineering, marketing, and customer-facing teams.\nManage assigned products throughout their lifecycle, from product strategy and roadmap definition to launch, continuous improvement, and maintenance.\nDevelop and communicate clear product visions, value propositions, and market strategies aligned with business goals and customer needs.\nAnalyse market trends, customer requirements, competitor offerings, and regulatory limitations\nDefine product requirements, prioritise features, and support cost-benefit analyses for product initiatives.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure effective product development, release planning, sales enablement, and market introduction.\nTrack product performance using relevant KPIs and customer feedback, making data-driven recommendations for improvements and growth.\n Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, business, or a related field.\nMore than five years of relevant experience in Engineering, product management, project management, or a related role, ideally in the power industry, waste-to-energy, renewable gas, or similar sector.\nStrong understanding of product management methods, industrial processes, customer value creation, and market-driven product development.\nAnalytical and structured working style, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, prioritise initiatives, and manage several projects in parallel.\nExcellent communication, presentation, negotiation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills in an international environment.\nFluent English skills are required; German or French would be an advantage.
