Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..\nFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com.\n Your responsibilities\nResponsibility for the executive and detailed design of plants according to contractual specifications, regulations, authorization, and company directives\nManages the project engineering team to achieve project goals and deliverables.\nOversees communication on technical matters with customers, consortium partners, consultants, and authorities.\nDrives concurrent engineering activities in collaboration with the Discipline Engineering\nPreparation and updating of spreadsheets for design and calculations\nResponsibility for defining purchase specifications for plant components according to company standards\n Your experiences\nEngineering degree (civil, mechanical, energy, or environmental) and minimum 3 years’ experience in the energy, renewables, or environmental technology sector.\nStrong technical expertise in energy plant design, including mechanical layouts, piping, sensors, materials, and fluid dynamics.\nExperience in interdisciplinary project teams and technical coordination of team members with different roles.\nProficient in engineering tools (P&IDs, AutoCAD, Revit/Inventor, MS Office); strong problem-solving and decision-making skills within defined processes.\nLanguages: Italian (C1+), English (B2+); strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
