Your role at Kanadevia Inova directly contributes to turning something once considered useless - waste - into something invaluable: energy, heat, hydrogen, fertilizer, and beyond..\nFind out more about Kanadevia Inova at www.kanadevia-inova.com.\n Kanadevia Inova is recruiting an experienced Site Construction Manager for a high-profile leadership role on major EPC power and industrial plant projects.\nThe position will initially be based in the UK working on a London project, with the opportunity to evolve into a global role as the business continues to grow internationally.\nWe are specifically interested in hearing from Site Construction Managers with M&E or Process experience, who have worked on the construction of EPC projects, values at between £100 - £500M, in Energy from Waste (EfW) or Power plants.\nThis senior site leadership role is responsible for safety, programme, quality and contractor performance across all mechanical, electrical and civil construction activities.\nYou will act as the key interface between contractors, suppliers and project management to ensure safe, compliant and on-time delivery of complex facilities.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead and enforce Health, Safety, Environment and Quality (HSEQ) across all site activities\n\nManage day-to-day mechanical, electrical and civil construction works\n\nCoordinate and supervise contractors, suppliers and site engineers\n\nControl programme, progress reporting, inspections and handover activities\n\nDeputise for the Site Manager and act as senior site representative when required\n\nThis posting reflects the main responsibilities of the position.
