Cleaning and maintaining areas such as sidewalks, curbs, exterior entrances, green spaces, storage areas, and interior common areas. Tasks including snow removal, pressure washing, sweeping and dry/wet mopping. Cleans and entrances, green spaces, sidewalks, and other areas as per contract requirements. Follow all Health and Safety training provided.\n\nKey Responsibilities: \n\nExterior Cleaning (90% Time Spent)\nRemove snow and ice and apply sand/salt as directed by the Property Manager as per current Snow Management Plan.\nMaintain the tractor and other provided equipment as directed by the Property Manager as per current Snow Management Plan.\nClean and maintain all exterior storage areas.\nWipe and empty exterior garbage cans and ashtrays.\nLitter picks all sidewalks, parking lot, landscaped areas and loading docks throughout the property including the anchor tenants.\nSweep, pressure wash and weed control sidewalk curbing and islands on a cycle basis to prevent build up.\nRemove pallets and shopping carts to designated areas.\nDeploy and reposition parking lot barriers as required.\nCheck for graffiti on all exterior walls, lamp standards, doors, signs, garbage bins and loading docks and remove immediately (graffiti should be removed with 24 hours).\nCheck all exterior signs (on and off the building) and wipe clean any dirt reporting any damages, missing signs, and or hazards.\nPressure wash mall and anchor tenant entrances bi-weekly from June to October using Owner’s equipment removing gum and stains.\nPressure wash Building D rear sidewalk bi-weekly from June to October using Owner’s equipment using a degreasing agent. \nPressure wash and clean Building D garbage room bi-annually in spring and fall using Owner’s equipment using a degreasing agent. \nPressure wash all buildings perimeter sidewalks yearly before June 1st using Owner’s equipment.\nCheck all exterior doors and wipe clean and report any damages.
