Engineer for our lab in Switzerland (Lausanne)\nResponsibility\nLead end-to-end characterization of high-speed SerDes operating at symbol rates above 20 Gbaud\n\nPerform jitter, eye-diagram, BER, and margin measurements across PVT\n\nCharacterize full transmitter and receiver electrical parameters\n\nPerform S-parameter, TDR and insertion loss measurements\n\nCollaborate with IP architects, digital and analog design teams\n\nDocumentation of test results and procedures\n\nWrite and architect test scripts for automation in Python\n\nRequired Experience\nProven experience characterizing silicon devices over PVT.\n\nProven experience using lab equipment, such as: high-speed oscilloscopes, VNAs, and Spectrum Analyzers.\n\nExperience defining test plans and test procedures\n\nExperience with Python, or other object-oriented programming for test automation, data analysis and report generation\n\nExperience with PAM modulation or multi-tonal modulation schemes is a plus\n\nExperience in SerDes characterization is a plus\n\nAt least 5 years of relevant work experience\n\nRequired Competencies\nSelf-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility\n\nGood communicator and team player, with experience working in cross-functional teams\n\nStrong interest in characterizing high-speed analog circuits\n\nSolid understanding or ability to learn SI concepts, modulation schemes, TX and RX fundamentals\n\nExperience with Python or other object-oriented languages\n\nExperience using high-speed oscilloscopes, VNAs, and Spectrum Analyzers\n\nAbility to multitask in a high energy environment\n\nSchematic entry or PCB design is a plus\n\nRequired Education\nBachelor´s or Master´s degree in EE, CE, or equivalent work experience\n\nProfiles submitted by third-party
