Correctness)。\n\n5.构建特征元数据与治理能力:血缘追踪、版本管理、空值率/PSI分布漂移监控、特征质量告警。\n\n6.支撑策略与模型团队自助化用数,提供稳定的特征 API / SDK,对接风控决策引擎与模型服务。\n\n任职要求\n\n1.熟练掌握 golang/java/python 任意一门语言，开发将以Golang 为主;有良好的文档能力;\n\n2.具备现金贷行业风控特征平台 / Feature Store / 实时计算 / 风控中台任一方向的实战经验。\n\n3.熟悉 Linux 操作系统，有扎实的数据结构和算法基础，熟悉 TCP/IP、HTTP 协议以及网 络编程;\n\n4.精通 MySQL 应用开发，熟悉数据库原理和常用性能优化技术，以及 Redis 原理、使用
