The ideal\ncandidate will have hands-on experience with AEM components, templates,\nworkflows, and integrations, along with proficiency in React.js or Angular. This\nrole requires expertise in building RESTful APIs and custom AEM services to\ndeliver seamless digital experiences. Strong collaboration skills, performance\noptimization, and a commitment to code quality are key expectations for this\nposition.\nKey Responsibilities:\n·Design,\ndevelop, and maintain AEM-based backend solutions, components, and templates.\n·Develop\nand maintain frontend components using AEM Sites, leveraging modern JavaScript\nframeworks (React.js/Angular).\n·Integrate\nAEM with React.js/Angular for enhanced user interfaces and dynamic experiences.\n·Create\nand manage AEM templates, components, dialogs, and client libraries.\n·Develop\ncustom Sling models, servlets, OSGi services/components, and workflows in AEM.\n·Build\nand integrate RESTful APIs/services to support frontend features and\nthird-party integrations.\n·Collaborate\nclosely with UI/UX designers, frontend/backend developers, and AEM content\nauthors for seamless content delivery.\n·Develop\nautomation scripts for data handling, deployment, and reporting using Java\nand/or Python.\n·Implement\nand manage AEM workflows, user permissions, and version control for content.\n·Ensure\ncode quality through unit tests, automated testing, and adherence to best\npractices.\n·Participate\nin code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning in AEM environments.\n·Troubleshoot\nand resolve technical issues across AEM platforms and integrations.\n·Optimize\nAEM for performance, scalability, maintainability, and security.\n\nWhat You’ll Bring:\n·Bachelor’s\ndegree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work\nexperience.\n·Proven\nexperience delivering high-quality web applications.\nRequirements\nMandatory Skills\n·3+\nyears of experience in frontend development with React.js or Angular.\n·2+\nyears of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), covering both\nbackend and frontend development.\n·Strong\nproficiency in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).\n·Experience\nwith AEM component and template development using HTL (Sightly), Sling Models,\nand AEM client libraries.\n·Proficient\nin modern HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript.\n·Solid\nunderstanding of RESTful API design, integration, and data interchange\n(JSON/XML).\n·Familiarity\nwith AEM dispatcher, replication agents, workflows, and security mechanisms.\n·Experience\nwith AEM servlets, event handlers, schedulers, and lifecycle management.\n·Understanding\nof responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web accessibility\nstandards (W3C, WCAG).\n·Experience\nusing Maven for builds, Git for version control, Jenkins for CI/CD, and Agile\nmethodologies.\nPreferred Skills (Nice to Have):\n·Exposure\nto Adobe Experience Cloud tools like Adobe Target, Analytics, Campaign.\n·Working\nknowledge of cloud-based AEM (Adobe as a Cloud Service) is a plus.\n·Basic\nfamiliarity with frontend technologies (React/Angular/HTL) is beneficial.\nBenefits\nWhy join us?
