Your work will cover agent-based workflows, AI asset\ndiscovery and AI guardrails that detect and enforce controls for PII, toxicity\nand prompt injection, as well as new AI features taken from prototype to\nproduction.\nKey\nResponsibilities:\n·Build\nagent-based features using LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph,\nincluding tool calling, orchestration and memory.\n·Develop\nAI asset discovery for models, agents, prompts and AI services across cloud and\nAI platforms.\n·Implement\nguardrail signals and enforcement, including PII detection and redaction,\ntoxicity and content moderation, and prompt-injection and jailbreak detection.\n·Build\nRAG pipelines, prompt templates and evaluation harnesses.\n·Evaluate\nand benchmark models and guardrail classifiers for accuracy, latency and cost.\n·Take\nnew AI features from prototype to production for new product initiatives.\n·Integrate\nAI services with backend microservices through well-defined APIs.\n·Add\nobservability, logging and monitoring to AI components.\n·Work\nclosely with the AI Architect on design and technical decisions.\nWhat\nYou’ll Bring:\n·Bachelor’s\nor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or\nequivalent experience.\n·5-8+\nyears of software engineering experience, including at least 2-3 years building\nML, GenAI or LLM applications in production.\n·Strong\nprogramming skills in Python.\n·Hands-on\nexperience building agentic AI or LLM-powered features.\nMandatory\nSkills:\n·Strong\nproficiency in Python, with experience in FastAPI or Flask.\n·Experience\nin LLM application development: prompt engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector\ndatabases (e.g., pgvector, OpenSearch, Pinecone, Azure AI Search).\n·Hands-on\nexperience with agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph or Semantic\nKernel, and familiarity with the Model Context Protocol (MCP).\n·Experience\nwith AWS Bedrock/SageMaker and Azure OpenAI/Azure AI Foundry.\n·Experience\nimplementing AI safety controls, such as PII detection (e.g., Presidio),\ncontent moderation and prompt-injection defense (e.g., NeMo Guardrails,\nGuardrails AI, Llama Guard).\n·Good\nunderstanding of ML and NLP fundamentals, including Hugging Face Transformers.\n·Experience\nwith LLM evaluation frameworks and
