across reporting systems, data pipelines, and platform functionalities.\nPerform strong SQL-based data validation to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ETL workflows and reporting layers.\nValidate ETL processes, data migration activities, and end-to-end data flow between systems.\nCollaborate closely with developers, product teams, and cross-functional engineering work streams toidentify, track, troubleshoot, and resolve defects.\nParticipate in sprint planning, test estimations, test execution, defect triaging, and sprint-level qualitysign offs.\nMaintain test documentation, test plans, test cases, defect reports, and automation execution reports.\nContribute to continuous improvement of QA processes, automation coverage, and testing standards.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\n5+years of experience in Quality Engineering / SDET role.\nStrong experience in: - Automation Testing\n- ETL Testing\n- Data Pipeline Testing\n- Data Migration Testing\n- Python Programming\n- SQL/Data Validation\nHands-on experience in developing andmaintainingautomation frameworks.\nStrong understanding of data validation techniques and ETL workflows.\nExperience working with large datasets and validating reporting/data analytics platforms.\nGood understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based execution.\nStrong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and collaboration abilities.\nPreferred Qualifications\nBachelor’s/master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related
