Your leadership will ensure the delivery of high-performance, reliable, and impactful\nsolutions.\nWhat You Will Do:\n\nLead the design and development of AI-driven applications, particularly focusing on RAGbased chatbot solutions.\nArchitect robust solutions leveraging Python and Java to ensure scalability, reliability, and\nmaintainability. \nDeploy, manage, and scale AI applications using AWS cloud infrastructure, optimizing\nperformance and resource utilization. \nCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, define\nproject scopes, and deliver solutions effectively. \nMentor team members, providing guidance on best practices in software development, AI\nmethodologies, and cloud deployments. \nEnsure solutions meet quality standards, including thorough testing, debugging,\nperformance tuning, and documentation. \nContinuously research emerging AI technologies and methodologies to incorporate best\npractices and innovation into our products\nRequirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nBachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science,\nMathematics, Statistics or related fields. \nAt least 3 years of professional experience in AI/Machine Learning engineering. \nStrong programming skills in Python and Java. \nDemonstrated hands-on experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)-\nbased chatbots or similar generative AI applications. \nProficiency in cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including experience with EC2, Lambda,\nSageMaker, DynamoDB, CloudWatch, and API Gateway. \nSolid understanding of AI methodologies, including natural language processing (NLP),\nvector databases, embedding models, and large language model integrations.\nExperience with leading projects or teams, managing technical deliverables, and ensuring\nhigh-quality outcomes.\nPreferred Qualifications:\nAWS certifications (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, AWS Machine Learning Specialty). \nFamiliarity with popular AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as Hugging Face\nTransformers, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, or similar. \nExperience in Agile development methodologies. \nExcellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical concepts clearly\nand effectively.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to navigate ambiguous\ntechnical challenge\nBenefits\nEmployee Benefits\n\n1.
