Hyderabad, India.\nRequirements\nResponsibilities:\n- Collaborate with the marketing team to\ndevelop and execute creative designs that align with Kanerika's brand\nguidelines and marketing strategies.\n-Develop & Design the UX & UI of\nproprietary products by working alongside the product and engineering team.\n- Create brand compliant, visually stunning\nand engaging designs for various marketing collateral, including digital\nassets, social media graphics, infographics, presentations, and print\nmaterials.\n- Have a sense of urgency, get it done\nattitude, and industry-leading quality while delivering results\n-Mentor and guide junior designers in the team\nto ensure quality of deliverables across marketing & UX/UI assets are\ndelivered on time.\n- Work closely with the content team to\ndevelop visual elements that enhance the impact and readability of written\ncontent.\n- Provide design support for website\ndevelopment, ensuring a user-friendly and Proven experience (5+ years) as a Designer,\npreferably in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.\n- Strong portfolio showcasing your design\nskills and creativity across various platforms and media.\n- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe\nCreative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma) and other relevant tools.\n- Solid understanding of design principles,\ntypography, color theory, and layout composition.\n- Experience in creating visually compelling\ndesigns for digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email\nmarketing.\n- Knowledge of user experience (UX) and user\ninterface (UI) design principles is a must.\n- Strong communication skills, with the\nability to effectively interpret and translate marketing objectives into visual\nconcepts.\n- Excellent time management and project\nmanagement skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple\nprojects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.\n- Collaborative
