You will\nown the technical design of your stream within the client’s architecture\ngovernance, break the backlog into deliverable work, and make sure every sprint\nships production-ready, well-tested code. This is a hands-on leadership role\nthat combines solution design, code and design reviews, and day-to-day guidance\nof a team of backend, data/AI, frontend and quality engineers.\nKey\nResponsibilities:\n·Own\nthe technical design and solution architecture for your stream, aligned with\nthe client’s architecture governance, standards and review processes.\n·Break\ndown epics and features into well-defined user stories and technical tasks, and\nprovide reliable effort estimates.\n·Lead\nsprint planning and execution for the pod, making sure committed scope is\ndelivered on time and meets the definition of done.\n·Conduct\ncode and design reviews across backend (Java/Spring Boot, Python), frontend\n(Angular) and integration components, enforcing quality, security and\nperformance standards.\n·Design\nscalable microservices, REST APIs and integration patterns, including\nconnectors to SaaS, cloud, data and AI platforms.\n·Drive\nrelease readiness: test coverage, CI/CD quality gates, documentation and\ndeployment sign-off.\n·Identify\nand manage technical risks, dependencies and blockers, and escalate early to\nthe Engineering Manager.\n·Collaborate\nwith product managers, architects, UX designers and QA to translate\nrequirements into technical solutions.\n·Mentor\nengineers, set coding standards, and build a culture of ownership and\ncontinuous improvement.\nWhat\nYou’ll Bring:\n·Bachelor’s\nor Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or\nequivalent experience.\n·8+\nyears of software engineering experience, including at least 2-3 years as a\nTech Lead or Solution Architect.\n·Proven\ntrack record of leading agile teams that deliver enterprise SaaS products or\nplatforms.\n·Strong\nhands-on background in Java/Spring Boot and/or Python, with the ability to\nreview full-stack code.\nMandatory\nSkills:\n·Strong\nexpertise in Java, Spring Boot and microservices architecture, with working\nknowledge of Python.\n·Experience\ndesigning RESTful APIs, event-driven integrations and data models for\ndistributed systems.\n·Hands-on\nexperience with AWS and/or Azure, Docker and Kubernetes.\n·Working\nknowledge of Angular and TypeScript, enough to review frontend designs and\ncode.\n·Experience\nwith SQL and NoSQL databases.\n·Solid\nunderstanding of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing and release management.\n·Experience\nwith Agile/Scrum, backlog refinement and estimation, using tools such as Jira\nand Confluence.\n·Good\nunderstanding of
