Aufgaben

Aufgabenschwerpunkte:

  • Verkaufsorientierte Telefonate zur Neukundengewinnung von Zahnarztpraxen und zur weiteren Stammkundenbetreuung
  • Telefonische Nachbearbeitung von Angeboten, Mustersendungen, Bestellungen

Qualifikation

Fachliche Qualifikation:

  • Erfahrung als zahnmedizinische/r Fachangestellte/r oder Arzthelfer/in erwünscht
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung im Telefonverkauf und/oder in der tel. Kundenbetreuung
  • Gute PC-Kenntnisse (Word, Outlook, Excel)

Persönliche Qualifikation:

  • Kontaktfreudigkeit und Kundenorientierung
  • Selbstbewusstes, eloquentes Auftreten am Telefon
  • Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft
  • Verkaufsorientierung
