The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building, orchestrating, and deploying AI agents and developing scalable, production-ready AI solutions. The candidate should have strong software engineering fundamentals, good knowledge of Machine Learning and LLM-based applications, and the ability to work collaboratively in an Agile environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases.\n\n- Build intelligent AI agents capable of reasoning, tool usage, task execution, and workflow orchestration.\n\n- Develop and implement multi-agent and agentic workflows using relevant frameworks and technologies.\n\n- Work hands-on with agent harnessing and orchestration concepts, including tool calling, memory, context management, and agent workflows.\n\n- Develop scalable and production-grade applications using Python and FastAPI.\n\n- Integrate LLMs, APIs, tools, databases, and external services with AI agents.\n\n- Design and implement reliable and scalable AI/ML systems.\n\n- Deploy and manage AI agents and GenAI applications in cloud environments.\n\n- Collaborate with product, engineering, and data teams to understand requirements and deliver AI-powered solutions.\n\n- Follow software engineering best practices including clean coding, testing, debugging, version control, and CI/CD.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to technical design and solution discussions.\n\n- Evaluate emerging Agentic AI and GenAI technologies and apply them to relevant business use cases.\n\nRequired Skills :\n\n- 8+ years of strong hands-on experience in Python development.\n\n- 4+ years of experience in Generative AI technologies.\n\n- 2 -
