performance, responsiveness, and scalability.\nDevelop secure and high-quality mobile applications following best coding practices.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications.\n\nCollaboration and Agile Participation: \nCollaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Developers, and QA teams across the SDLC.\nParticipate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.\nContribute to technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.\nProvide timely updates on development progress, risks, and dependencies.\n\nContinuous Improvement: \nStay updated with the latest iOS development trends, Swift enhancements, and Apple frameworks.\nImprove application architecture, code quality, and development efficiency.\nContribute to engineering standards, technical documentation, and best practices.\nMentor junior developers whenever required.\n\nRequirements: \nMinimum 5+ years of experience in iOS application development.\nStrong proficiency in Swift.\nSolid understanding of UIKit and native iOS frameworks.\nHands-on experience integrating REST APIs and handling JSON data.\nStrong understanding of mobile application architecture patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and VIPER.\nExperience working with Git or other version control systems.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and Agile development methodologies.\nGood understanding of application performance optimisation and debugging techniques.\n\nSoft Skills: \nStrong problem-solving and analytical skills.\nEffective communication and collaboration abilities.\nAbility to work independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.\n\nPreferred Qualifications: \nExperience with Couchbase Lite/Server or other NoSQL databases.\nKnowledge of offline data synchronisation and caching mechanisms.\nFamiliarity with OAuth2 SSO, encryption, and mobile security best practices.\nExperience working on healthcare or enterprise mobile applications.\nExposure to scalable and secure application development.\nSkills\nSwift, UIKit, iOS, iOS
