Build AI/ML solutions using Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant frameworks. Develop Generative AI, LLM, RAG, NLP, and predictive analytics solutions. \n\n- Design scalable AI architectures on Azure, AWS, or GCP. Establish MLOps practices for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management. \n\n- Collaborate with data engineering, product, and business teams to identify high-impact use cases. Ensure model accuracy, scalability, explainability, security, and responsible AI practices. \n\n- Mentor data scientists and drive technical excellence across AI/ML projects. \n\n- Evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks for enterprise adoption. \n\nRequired Skills & Qualifications :\n\n- 7+ years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI/ML. \n\n- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/DL frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch. Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, vector databases, and NLP. \n\n- Hands-on experience with cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS SageMaker, or Google Vertex AI. \n\n- Knowledge of data engineering, Spark, Databricks, and data pipelines. \n\n- Experience with model deployment, MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring. \n\n- Proven experience leading data science teams or large-scale AI/ML implementations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. \n\nGood to Have :\n\n- Cloud certifications in AI/ML. \n\n- Experience with responsible AI, model governance, and enterprise data security.
