事業計画やプロダクト方針の策定段階から経営・事業責任者・PdMと協働し、品質・速度・リスクのトレードオフを意思決定できる方\n- EMの評価・育成と、PM・QA・SRE・統制対応・外部パートナーを含む開発機能の新設・再編を進められる方\n- AIを前提に、開発工程や組織の役割分担を見直した経験、または具体的な構想をお持ちの方\nWe are looking for\n- 自分で成果を出すことより、権限移譲と仕組みづくりによって、自分がいなくても成果が出る組織をつくることに関心がある\n- Engineeringの都合に閉じず、事業・顧客・業務運用・品質・リスクを含む全体から判断する\n- 成果に必要な権限と責任の境界を関係者とつくり、自らの判断基準を示して必要な対立を避けずに合意形成する\n-
