Requirements Gathering and Analysis:\n\n- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements.\n\n- Conduct analysis of business processes and workflows.\n\n- Skills: Analytical skills, attention to detail, business process modeling.\n\n2. Project Planning and Management:\n\n- Develop and manage project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.\n\n- Coordinate project activities and ensure timely delivery of milestones.\n\n- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.\n\n- Skills: Project management, time management, risk management, organizational skills, adaptability.\n\n3. Stakeholder Management:\n\n- Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and the project team.\n\n- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders.\n\n- Prepare and deliver project status reports.\n\n- Skills: Communication skills, interpersonal skills, stakeholder management.\n\n4. Solution Design and Implementation:\n\n- Work with the development team to ensure solutions meet business requirements.\n\n- Conduct user acceptance testing and coordinate user training.\n\n- Ensure smooth transition of projects to operational status.\n\n- Skills: Technical understanding, training coordination, solution implementation, knowledge of SDLC.\n\n5.
