Are you interested in brands and businesses - how they connect with people, how they communicate, how they sell and how they can evolve?\nAs Associate Director you will lead projects and teams, shape the solutions and storylines, and guide clients towards growth decisions winning new projects with clients. You will also develop your solution expertise in one of the consulting practices and support advance it. You will improve your project management skills and coach and develop others, sharing your skills and knowledge to grow the team.\nCompetencies\nAssociate Directors are expected to demonstrate the following competencies according to the Kantar Success Factors Framework:\n Leads with Impact: Takes ownership of projects (across the whole lifecycle, from scoping to execution and evaluation) and leads internal teams and client engagements.
