Why this job is important
This is a high-impact, strategic role where you will partner with leading global clients to help grow their brands through deep human understanding and data-driven insight. Working across complex, multi-country research programmes in the hot beverages sector, you will shape decision-making at the highest level. Your work will directly influence client strategy, while contributing to Kantar’s mission to deliver connected, meaningful intelligence in a fast-changing world.
What you’ll be doing
- Build trusted partnerships with senior client stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor
- Lead the design and delivery of brand tracking programmes and associated research modules
- Translate business challenges into clear research solutions and actionable insights
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring quality, timelines, and commercial performance
- Lead and develop a small team while collaborating with global centres of expertise
The ideal skills & experience
- Strong experience in market research, brand strategy, or consulting (7+ years)
- Proven ability to manage large, multi-market research programmes
- Excellent project planning and resource management skills
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to turn data into clear, compelling stories
- Confident communicator with experience presenting to senior stakeholders
