Reporting to Director, Product Management and Development, you will be working with a diverse distributed team across solution areas of Creative, Innovation, Brand, and Media along with activation, and peers across tech and product managers to contribute towards key strategic growth areas in Kantar Marketplace. You will be responsible for understanding business needs, documenting product processes and requirements, and effectively communicating with stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities:\nBusiness Understanding:\nEngage with stakeholders and peers across solution areas to understand their needs, goals, and objectives.\n\nIndependently drive product dashboard discussions, roadmaps, and achievements.\n\nAnalyze and map business processes to identify areas for scalable product development.\n\nProduct Process and Requirement Documentation:\nDocument business processes, requirements, and workflows in a clear and concise manner.\n\nCreate detailed requirement specifications, use cases, and functional specifications.\n\nEnsure that all documentation is kept up to date and accurately reflects business needs in ADO and AHA.\n\nTechnical Collaboration:\nCollaborate with the technical team to ensure that product requirements are clearly understood and implemented correctly.\n\nParticipate in discussions about technical solutions and provide input based on business requirements.\n\nData Analysis and Problem Solving:\nUse Excel, SQL, and/or other data analysis tools to support decision-making processes.\n\nApply analytical thinking to solve complex business problems and propose effective solutions.\n\nProactively seek areas of improvement and efficiency.\n\nQualifications:\nExperience developing and/or working in product dashboards to address key client needs.\n\nComfortable working within an Agile framework to ensure timely delivery of product achievements!\n\nReport critical metrics using AHA and ADO to manage product roadmap, documentation, and status.\n\nExperience guiding cross-functional teams, with ability to independently drive stakeholder discussions.\n\nProblem solving proficiency and demeanour to solve business problems.\n\nProficiency with Excel, SQL, and data analysis tools are encouraged!\n\nAt Kantar we have an integrated way of rewarding our people based around a simple, clear and consistent set of principles.
