This role partners closely with People Operations, HR functions, and Technology teams to ensure alignment between systems, processes, and business objectives while driving continuous improvement through data-driven insights.\nKey Responsibilities\nAct as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for People technologies, including Workday, ServiceNow, and other relevant platforms, providing expert guidance and support for technology-enabled initiatives.\nDrive technology adoption and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user experience, and operational effectiveness.\nPartner with Technology teams to align business requirements with system capabilities, ensuring successful delivery of strategic initiatives and projects.\nLead data analysis and business improvement initiatives to identify trends, patterns, risks, gaps, and opportunities across People Operations processes and policies.\nConduct research and benchmarking on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform strategy and solution development.\nAssess current and future technology needs, recommending innovative solutions that support People Operations and broader business objectives.\nProvide data-driven recommendations and guidance to HR teams, operational specialists, managers, and business leaders on system-related matters and best practices.\nCommunicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.\nSupport the development of team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing, and mentoring of junior colleagues.\nDrive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance processes, technology solutions, reporting capabilities, and analytical methodologies.\nEnsure data governance, data quality, compliance, and confidentiality standards are maintained across all activities.\nKey Skills and Experience\nStrong expertise in People technology platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise HR systems.\nExperience driving technology adoption, process improvement, and service optimization initiatives.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights.\nDemonstrated ability to conduct research, benchmarking, and trend analysis to support strategic decision-making.\nExperience managing stakeholders and collaborating across HR, Operations, Technology, and business functions.\nAbility to influence outcomes and align business and technology priorities.\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.\nExperience coaching, mentoring, and supporting the development of team members.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.\nHigh degree of professionalism, integrity, discretion, and commitment to data confidentiality and governance.\nContinuous improvement mindset with a focus on innovation, efficiency, and operational excellence.\nPreferred Experience\nExperience supporting global HR or People Operations environments.\nKnowledge of HR processes, workforce data, reporting, governance, and compliance requirements.\nExperience with data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI or similar analytics platforms.\nExperience participating in system implementations, enhancements, integrations, or transformation programs.\nCountry\nIndia Why join Kantar?\nWe shape the brands of tomorrow by better understanding people everywhere.
