Our clients are CFOs and Treasurers at mid-to-large corporates across 75 countries, and they trust us to move serious money: over $20 billion and counting.\nWhat you will work on\nRunning discovery: client calls, hypothesis validation, and market insight, to always understand the why before the what\nOwning and nurturing a healthy, insight-driven backlog with clear prioritisation\nWriting clear, well-structured PRDs and making well-informed product decisions\nBeing an active participant in scrum ceremonies and staying close to the development process\nDefining and tracking OKRs for your product area, outcome over output\nDocumenting new features and training internal teams when shipping\nCommunicating product updates clearly across the company\nThe setup\nYou will be based in our Barcelona office, close to clients from day one: joining calls, gathering insights, and bringing the voice of the customer into everything you build. We will give you the context, the access, and the trust to make things happen.\nWho you are\nYou have lived a proper PDLC, not just read about it. You come from a client-driven environment; you have a background in finance or treasury, and you understand how CFOs and Treasurers think. You move work forward quickly, keep it organized, and take responsibility for outcomes.
