with Product Management, Growth, Data Science, and Data Engineering teams.\nExperience evaluating product changes, experiments, A/B tests, campaigns, and growth initiatives using data.\nStrong SQL and advanced data analysis skills, with experience working with large datasets and analytical models.\nStrong understanding of product and growth metrics and ability to identify key drivers behind changes in user and product performance.\nStrong BI and data visualization skills, particularly with Power BI.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn complex data into actionable product and growth insights.\nAbility to translate product and business questions into analytical approaches, metrics, and technical requirements.\nStrong communication skills with the Managers, Growth teams, and business stakeholders in data-driven decision-making.\nAnalyze user behavior, product performance, customer journeys, conversion funnels, retention, engagement, and growth metrics.\nDevelop, automate, and maintain BI dashboards, KPI reports, and performance monitoring tools for Product and Growth teams.\nBuild analytical dashboards to monitor key product metrics, user activity, conversion, retention, engagement, and other growth indicators.\nConduct funnel, cohort, segmentation, retention, and behavioral analysis to identify product improvement and growth opportunities.\nPerform ad hoc analysis to investigate changes in product and user behavior and answer analytical questions from Product and Growth teams.\nIdentify key drivers behind changes in conversion, retention, engagement, customer behavior, and product performance, and provide actionable recommendations.\nMeasure and evaluate the impact of new product features, product changes, experiments, campaigns, and growth initiatives.\nSupport A/B testing and experimentation, including defining success metrics, analyzing results, and providing recommendations based on data.\nDefine analytical logic, metric definitions, data requirements, and calculation rules for dashboards, reports, and data products.\nWork closely with Product Managers, Growth teams, Data Science, and Data Engineering to translate product questions into analytical solutions.\nWork with Data Engineering to develop and improve data marts, datasets, data pipelines, and analytical models required for product and growth analytics.\nCollaborate with Data Governance to ensure consistent metric definitions, data quality, and alignment across product and growth reporting.\nValidate data accuracy, investigate discrepancies, and support the resolution of data quality issues together with technical teams.\nAutomate recurring reporting and analytical processes and improve the efficiency and scalability of data analysis.\nPrepare analytical summaries, presentations, and data-driven recommendations for Product, Growth, and management stakeholders.\nCommunicate analytical findings clearly
