guidance.\nCollaborate closely with product managers, designers, and QA to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.\nConduct system design reviews, evaluate new technologies, and influence architectural direction.\nOptimize database queries, caching, and service performance.\nDrive adoption of best practices in coding, architecture, and DevOps.\nTake ownership of end-to-end delivery, from design to production rollout and monitoring.\n\nRequirements: \n4-6 years of professional software development experience with a strong backend focus.\nDeep expertise in backend technologies (Node.js/Java/Python) and microservices architecture.\nStrong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), data modeling, and query optimization.\nProven experience designing and scaling RESTful APIs (GraphQL experience is a plus).\nHands-on experience with frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and the ability to collaborate on UI integration.\nFamiliarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).\nStrong debugging and optimization skills in distributed systems.\nExperience in mentoring and guiding junior engineers.\nSolid grasp of Agile/Scrum development practices.\n\nBonus Points:\nDomain experience in e-commerce (checkout, payments, subscriptions, promotions, personalization) or health tech (consultations, medical workflows, patient data systems).\nExperience with event-driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, streaming systems).\nKnowledge of security and compliance in healthcare data systems (HIPAA, GDPR awareness).\nExposure to
